Description
Base and Military Family Housing Refuse Collection and Recycling Service at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota. Service includes all essentials necessary as specified in the Performance Based Statement of Work and terms and conditions of the contract.
This is a firm fixed price contract with a period of performance beginning October 01, 2002 through September 30, 2003 with four one-year options. This acquisition is unrestrictive under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Test Program. The solicitation will be distributed solely on the World Wide Web (http://www.eps.gov/).
The North American Industry System Classification Code (NAICS) is 562219 Nonhazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal and 562920 Materials Recovery Facilities. The Standard Industrial Classification is 4953 Refuse Systems.
All prospective offers must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (http://www.ccr.gov/) by the proposal date in order to be considered for award.

Description
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a contract for services to remove and recycle paper (Catalogs, Colored Paper, Computer Paper, Envelopes, Magazines, Newspapers, NUWC Phonebooks, Post-it Notes, and White Paper) and beverage containers (Aluminum Cans, Glass and Plastic Bottles) in accordance with Statement of Work to be provided with the solicitation.
This contract will be for a one year period beginning July 1,2002 with two one-year options. Estimated release date of the solicitation is May 17, 2002. The NAICS code is 562111; size is $10.5M. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Our department no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Description: The Presidio Trust, a Federal government corporation, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to perform refuse collection service within the Presidio of San Francisco, San Francisco, CA. The Presidio is a National Park and a Historic Landmark. Scope of services may include but is not limited to: (a) refuse collection of residential, commercial and light industrial type buildings (i.e. food service); (b) residential recycling; and (c) on-call debris box service (i.e. construction debris, green waste).
Contract will be awarded for one base period beginning October 1, 2002 with option years. Minimum qualifications include: Pre-Qualification Letter issued by the Director of Public Health for the City & County of San Francisco for refuse collection at this site.
Proposals will be evaluated based upon criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP), including but not limited to: Proposed refuse collection approach; Proposed residential recycling approach; Proposed Price; and Past Performance.
