Description: This is an informal request for information to industry. Attached is the Refuse and Recycling Collection and Disposal and Refuse Derived Fuel Program Statement of Work for services on Eielson AFB. This RFI is following up on the sources sought notice issued by this office on 8 May 2002, reference number 3855A, and the request for information notice issued by this office on 23 May 2003, reference number 3855C. To further our partnering with the industry and to ensure the most effective and clear SOW is designed, please review and provide comments on these documents to Ms. Maria Finan by the 17th of December 2003.

Due to the possibility of a shortened solicitation period, maximum feedback is highly encouraged to ensure a smooth acquisition process.
