Municipal And Residential Solid Waste Collection & Recycling Contract

Proposals are being sought for a Municipal and Residential Solid Waste Collection & Recycling Contract for the Town of Cheshire, Connecticut. All work shall be done in full accordance with the specifications.
Bidders must submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of bids.
This invitation to bid requires bidders to bid on contracts of one, three and five years in duration. Bidders should note that effective July 1, 2010, the Wallingford Facility to which solid waste is to be delivered will change ownership and that a new solid waste disposal agreement between the Town and the new owner of the facility will replace the existing agreement between the Town and the present owner of the facility.
Refuse & Recycling Containers for Various Municipalities
Winnebago County, Wisconsin
The Winnebago County Solid Waste Management Board is seeking competitive price proposals on behalf of multiple municipalities within Winnebago, Outagamie and Brown Counties. It is the intent of the County to accept and evaluate proposals for the purchase of containers by the municipalities for automated recycling and/or refuse collection systems.
Total purchase of containers by the municipalities is anticipated to be a minimum of 35,000 containers, but may exceed 50,000 containers.
Vendors must be able to supply three different size containers. The size of containers must be in the following ranges:
32-48 Gallons (estimated at 10% of order)
60-65 Gallons (estimated at 45% of order)
90-96 Gallons (estimated at 45% of order)
