City Of Kingston, Ontario, Household Hazardous Waste Facility

With recognition that the operation of the City’s HHW facility is currently limited to eight months per year, between the beginning of April and the end of November, the term of this project is as follows:

• The term of the project shall be from the date the contract between the parties is executed to and including December 31, 2009,

• Prior to the end of the one year term, with a minimum of 30 days written notice, the municipality has the right to extend the contract, for an additional twelve-month period, upon the same terms and conditions.

• Prior to the end of a second one year term, with a minimum 30 days written notice, the municipality has the right to extend the contract, for an additional twelve-month period, upon the same terms and conditions.
