Processing & Marketing Recyclable Material

The City Council of the City of Brookings is requesting proposals from persons interested in processing and marketing recyclable material in the City of Brookings. Scrap Tire Control & Cleanup Program,
State of Delaware
We will be accepting qualification submissions from contractors in order to establish an Approved Contractors List for the cleanup of scrap tire pile sites in all three counties. The scrap tire piles vary in estimated size from 1,000 to 1 million. Contractors wishing to bid on a per site basis must be on the Approved Contractors List. The contractor is responsible to ensure the removal and lawful management or end-use of the scrap tires. Each contractor on the Approved Contractors List will enter into a contract for a three year period and the contract may be extended for two additional two year periods. The contract will then be amended to address the criteria for a specific site.
