Proposals for Recycling Projects Funding Opportunity for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office, 100 West 10th Avenue, Suite 400, Eugene, Oregon 97401 until 5:00 PM, Friday, June 29, 2007.
Proposals shall be valid for 90 days after opening unless otherwise specified in the specifications. This Invitation to Submit Proposals does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any offeror in the submission of a proposal.

Electronic Material Recycling
To provide services to receive, load, transport, process, recycle and market electronic material.
Wake County is requesting responses from contractors who are qualified to provide services to receive, load, transport, process, recycle and market electronic material including, but not limited to computer equipment (CPUs, keyboards, monitors, laptops, cords, speakers, scanners, parts, dump terminals and other peripherals), office equipment (fax machines and copiers), televisions (portable, large screen, and console units), microwaves and other electronic equipment (VCRs and stereos) collected from designated locations.
It is anticipated that such an agreement would be structured for eleven (11) months, August 1, 2007-June 30, 2008, with terms for extension, subject to requirements by Wake County and the selected contractor.

Request For Information For The Recycling Of Wood Metal And Mixed Materials
The county of Orange, ceo purchasing is seeking information from vendors that provide recycling services. This request for information (RFI) will then be used to assist the county in obtaining a revenue contract for recycling.

While the county appreciates the time and effort into the responses, It should be understood that the sole purpose of this request for Information (RFI) is to gather information. There will not be an Evaluation or scoring of the materials submitted. All information Received in response to this RFI will not be returned. No award will Be made based on the results of this process. Responders are solely Responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
Any procurement by the county will be the subject of a separate Solicitation process and subject to budget approval.
