Scrap Tire Cleanup

The Indiana Department Of Administration On Behalf Of The Greening The Government Program

The Indiana Department of Administration, Greening the Government Program will be seeking proposals through an upcoming RFP regarding the recycling of items including but not limited to white ledger (WL), mixed paper (MP), old corrugated cardboard (OCC), sorted office paper (SOP) telephone books bound books, old newspaper (ONP), old magazines (OMG), aluminum beverage cans, glass bottles, HDPE such as water or milk containers at all Indiana Government Center facilities within Marion County.

Description: Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and transportation to pickup, wash and deliver clean rags from Ellsworth AFB industrial shops.

Contractor will be required to provide EAFB shops with clean serviceable rags via operation of the EAFB Shop Rag Recycling System, to include picking up used rags from the shops, washing, rinsing, and drying the rags then returning the cleaned rags back to the shops using contractor-provided vehicles.

Contractor will also be required to provide monthly reports to Technical POC to include various details such as number of rags pickup during that period, number of serviceable rags provided, etc.

This contract will include one base year and four (4) option years.
