Description: The U.S. Coast Guard anticipates issuing a solicitation for recyclable services in Kodiak, AK.

The recyclable materials are to include, but not limited to; Cardboard, #1, 2 & 4, Recyclable Plastics, Newspapers, White Paper, Office Paper, Mixed Paper and Paper Board. Performance shall be in accordance with the standards contained in the Statement of Work and applicable purchase order clauses contained in the solicitation. This solicitation is unrestricted under NAICS 562920. The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The period of performance will be from date of contract award through 30 September 2007, with one Option year period. The solicitation will be available for down loading on or about 31 Oct 2006 and shall close on or about 07 Nov 2006. NO VERBAL REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
