Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance wit the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation Number W91QF2-07-T-0001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-13 effective September 28, 2006.

This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR 12 and in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

This procurement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business Concerns. The associated NAICS Code is 562213 with a Size Standard of $10.5 dollars.

Contract Line Item 0001 Collect Refuse at Commissary. Bi-weekly pickup and disposal of 20 CY refuse compactor-container at Commissary, Bldg. 115. Work shall be performed in accordance with the Government’s Scope of Work.

2) Roll-A-Way container 20 CY. Deliver and pick up 20 CY dumpsters, including disposal, as required at various locations throughout Post, NTE 40 containers.

Work shall be performed in accordance with the Governments Scope of Work.

3) Roll-A-Way container 30 CY. Deliver and pickup 30 CY dumpsters, including disposal, as required at various locations throughout Post, NTE 40 containers. Work shall be performed in accordance with the Government’s Scope of Work.

4) Excess Refuse Weight. Refuse exceeding specified maximums per container by weight. Work shall be performed in accordance with the Government’s Scope of Work. Clauses 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. Other applicable provisions and clauses are as follows: FAR 52.204-4, 52.204-7, 52.217-8, 52.225-14, 52.232-18, 252.201-7000 and 252-204-7004 Alt A. All prospective contractors shall be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of the contract.
