Description: 374 CONS/LGCB is seeking interested parties who possess both business permits for collection/transportation and ash recycling facility in accordance with Japanese Waste Management and Public Cleaning Law and pertinent regulations to provide transportation and recycling service for ash generated from refuse incinerator plant on Yokota Air Base.     The recycled products must meet the standard of the Minstry of Environment (Notice No. 46 in 1991 and No. 19 in 2003).
