The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County, Fla., requests interested parties to submit statements of qualification for the design, construction, operation, maintenance, management and product marketing of a biosolids processing facility. The RFQ, for a Biosolids Processing Facility is identified as RFP No. 04-201.
This is a cooperative project with several public utilities within the County. The competition will consist of two phases: a pre-qualification phase (this RFP) and a proposal phase for the pre-qualified firms.
