Free online registration has opened for the annual AMI Plastics World Expos North America, taking place Nov. 12-13 at the Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland.
This is the sixth annual North American installment of the AMI Plastics World Expos, which will feature four specialized exhibitions: the Plastics Recycling World Expo, Compounding World Expo, Plastics Extrusion World Expo and Polymer Testing World Expo.
The event organizers say that by registering early, attendees get complimentary access to all four expos, which are expected to showcase more than 270 suppliers, and also will have free entry to four conference theaters offering technical presentations, educational seminars and business discussions.
Over the course of the two-day event, conference theaters will host 100 speakers, providing “valuable insights from leading professionals in the fields of compounding, extrusion, recycling and testing,” according to the event organizers.
This year, the event also will introduce an artificial intelligence, or AI, theme, which aims to highlight innovations and advancements in AI within the plastics industry.
Additionally, attendees and exhibitors can purchase tickets for a networking party at Punch Bowl Social in Cleveland on Nov. 12. Tickets for that event are $75 each.
"The event offers an unparalleled opportunity for visitors to meet and evaluate suppliers from across the globe while also benefiting from insights shared by industry leaders and technical gurus in our conference theaters,” AMI Director of Events and Magazines Andy Beevers says. “We're especially excited to introduce the transformative power of AI to our expo and look forward to hearing about its impact on the industry.
“Our previous expos in Cleveland drew 5,676 visitors and 376 exhibitors, including top-tier buyers and decision-makers from major extruders, recyclers, compounders, OEMs and brand owners."
The expos feature a variety of leading manufacturers in extrusion, compounding, recycling and testing equipment, as well as an extensive range of polymer, additive and service providers, according to AMI.
The exhibitor roster includes Aimplas, Anton Paar, Ampacet, Brabender, AZO, Boretech, C4 Polymers, Birla Carbon, Buss, Netzsch Instruments, Cabot, Fimic, KraussMaffei, Econ, Gneuss, Entek, Evonik, Omya, Silon, Steer America, Struktol, Stadler, Zeppelin Systems, Zoltek, Shini USA, Windmoeller, Chroma Color, Eisenbeiss, Global-Pak, Coperion and others.
AMI says that with the limited number of remaining exhibition booths being quickly reserved, those interested in showcasing their products are encouraged to act fast. Further details about exhibiting can be found on the AMI website.
More information about the event, as well as how to register, also can be found online.
