Redemption Recycling, Greencastle, Pa., has been formed by four scrap software veterans who say they are “dedicated to listening, understanding and responding to their customers in the recycling industry.”
“We will not only provide customers with lower-priced products and supplies, but we will provide exemplary customer service and satisfaction,” says Shon Duty, CEO of Redemption Recycling, which began this past November.
“While we are in an ever-changing business, we are a company that is determined to not change what once made companies great, and that is customer relations,” says Stacy Duty, Redemption Recycling’s West Coast sales manager.
The two brothers have joined together with Derek Paulo, whose title is “customer ease integration engineer,” to form a company that has scrap-specific hardware products available now, such as the SpeedSnap drivers’ license scanner and Outdoor IP camera, and that will soon begin beta testing its custom software.
Joshua Angulo will serve as the senior programming team manager. He brings expertise in the latest programming languages and databases.
Redemption Recycling’s new software will start with beta testing early this year. “We are poised and ready to assist scrap yards across the country in redeeming metals, plastic, paper, glass, tires and electronics as they remain in compliance,” says Shon Duty. “Redemption Recycling is a company dedicated to listening, understanding and responding to your needs.”
