Recycling Today Media Group Adds Staff

Group grows staff in response to demand for its information services and advertising and marketing communications tools.

             Jackie Van MeterThe Recycling Today Media Group, a business unit of GIE Media Inc., based in Richfield, Ohio, has announced the addition of two new staff members. The group is growing its professional staff in response to continued strong demand for its information services and advertising and marketing communications tools.

Jackie Van Meter has joined the group in the newly created position of sales director. In this capacity Van Meter will be responsible for managing the group’s marketing efforts as well as its print, online and conference advertising sales.

“Jackie brings a wealth of media experience to this position, having worked in both consumer and business-to-business industrial sectors throughout her career. We’re excited about what she adds to our team,” comments  Group Publisher Jim Keefe.  

In addition to her group management role Van Meter also will manage direct sales for the group’s Recycling Today and Recycling Today Global Edition titles in the Western United States.

Kelley Stoklosa has also joined the group as an assistant editor. A recent graduate of Kent State University’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication, Stoklosa brings a range of practical experience to the group, including feature writing and print production as well as video journalism experience.

Stoklosa will be working across the group’s portfolio of print and interactive media products as well as on its conferences.
