The Recycling Today Media Group has announced the dates for the 2008 Paper Recycling Conference and Trade Show, scheduled for June 22-24, 2008 at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Rosemont, Ill. The ninth annual event will benefit paper stock dealers, consumers, mill representatives and equipment and service providers involved in the paper recycling industry, with the opportunity to network with leading industry entrepreneurs from across the country.
Co-located with the Paper Recycling Conference and Trade Show are the Electronics Recycling Conference and Recycling Today’s Plastics Recycling Conference. This dynamic event brings together professionals in some of the fastest moving sectors of the global recycling industry. It allows professionals to focus on their niche market, while providing an opportunity to learn about and network with attendees from other recycling markets.
The combined conferences feature the theme "Where Business Gets Done." This theme reflects the conference history of not only helping participants get up to date on what’s happening in each sector, but also of providing a venue where operators and traders make deals and form relationships that generate future business for their firms.
The Paper Recycling Conference will feature a program that includes panel discussions with prominent industry speakers sharing the latest business and operational trends and their impact on the domestic and international secondary fiber industry.
The Electronics Recycling Conference program focuses on the electronics recycling chain from collection through the assessment, refurbishment, processing and marketing of electronic scrap and the secondary commodities produced.
Recycling Today’s Plastics Recycling Conference offers MRF operators, plastic scrap collectors, brokers and traders, plus plastics reclaimers, secondary plastics consumers and equipment and service providers an in-depth program and opportunities to learn about the latest products and technology that can help upgrade their plastics recycling plant operations or widen their recycled plastics trading network.
All three conferences will also feature a combined exhibit hall showcasing the newest in industry products and technology to assist those looking to improve production efficiencies, quality and increase capacity.
