Recyclers of America, a tire recycling company based in Opa-locka, Florida, in Miami-Dade County, has revealed plans to develop a new facility to significantly increase its tire processing capacity.
The company opened its original site in July 2024 and currently has the capacity to process up to 5,000 tires per day. With the development of the new facility, Recyclers of America says its processing capacity will increase to 25,000 tires per day.
“This journey for us is a remarkable one,” Recyclers of America CEO Guy Sultan says. “We have grown five times faster than we expected all while helping the planet by reducing pollution.”
Recyclers of America says it is the only recycling facility in Miami-Dade that allows customers to drop off up to four tires per year for free, providing what it says is affordable and convenient service while “treating all customers fairly.”
The company serves Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Medley, Miami Gardens, Hialeah, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Broward County and West Palm Beach, and is inviting investors to participate in this upcoming expansion.
