Two recyclers and a promotions company have formed MyBoneYard.com, which they are billing as “a first-of-its-kind Web site designed to provide consumers and big box electronics retailers an alternative to traditional electronics recycling.”

“With this ‘power of three,’ we’re convinced people will see they can make an environmentally-friendly impact when it comes to disposing of their old electronics,” says Jan Wickman of Young America Corp., Chanhassen, Minn. “Our partnership with Eco/International [and] The Wireless Source [is] providing a solution to electronics recycling I’ve never seen before.”
In a news release, the companies describe MyBoneYard.com as “a Web site that provides an environmentally-friendly recycling solution for electronics consumers and retailers alike and rewards the recyclers for their efforts.
