Recycle America Alliance has recently purchased six Bollegraaf’s balers for use in plants across the country.
The company purchased four Bollegraaf HBC 140F balers and two Bollegraaf HBC 180 balers. This purchase marks the first sale in the U.S. for the Bollegraaf HBC 180 baler. The Bollegraaf HBC 180 produces one of the densest bales in the industry, maximizing export for container and rail systems, and dramatically reducing wiring costs. The new machines will be installed this year.
Since the Fall of 2002, Recycle America Alliance/Waste Management Inc. has purchased 19 Bollegraaf balers. The acquired balers have mostly been the Bollegraaf HBC 140F, the fastest baler in the Bollegraaf line, with the remainder of the balers being HBC 110’s and HBC 180’s.
All Bollegraaf balers feature the signature pre-press flap, which allows the baler to perform at the high capacity required at the facilities, and eliminates the shearing principle of other balers.
