Re.Source Partners Opens California Office

IT asset recovery firm and electronics recycler re.Source Partners, based in Clinton Township, Mich., has opened an office in Burbank, Calif., appointing Gary F. Smith as the California director – asset recovery services.

Smith brings more than 30 years of experience in IT hardware and software sales and marketing in senior positions to his role with re.Source. He served as president of Computech Systems in Kirkland, Wash. He then helped to start up or build several smaller companies in the software and professional services industries.

“Data security, the responsible destruction of computers and electronics and the ability to recoup some of that initial investment is of huge concern today,” Smith says.
