R&M Recycling Inc., headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, has purchased Adrian Recycling, a small scrap metal recycler in Adrian, Mich.
With the purchase, R&M Recycling, which was founded in 2000 by Mike Rogers, now has three locations—its main facility in Toledo; its new facility in Adrian, which will be called R&M Recycling of Adrian; and R&M Recycling of Monroe, Mich.
The new facility, on roughly 7.5 acres, will be used as a feeder yard for the company’s Toledo operation. A spokesman for R&M says that the company is planning on investing $750,000 at the plant to build a warehouse and to install fencing.
R&M handles ferrous and nonferrous metals and accepts retail, commercial and industrial business.
