Swedish environmental company Ragn-Sells has received Sweden’s Best Managed Companies recognition for the fifth consecutive year. The recognition is an award for Swedish private companies sponsored by Deloitte in partnership with Swedbank.
"Our vision is about showing that caring for the Earth and good business go hand in hand, and we are therefore especially proud to receive this recognition as one of Sweden’s Best Managed Companies for the fifth consecutive year,” says Hanna Strufve, chief financial officer at Ragn-Sells. “This accolade reflects our unwavering commitment to driving and evolving our business with a robust strategic foundation, a clear sustainability vision and a solid, stable financial base.”
Best Managed Companies is an award given to private Swedish companies based on criteria that assess strategic direction, operational capacity, corporate culture and financial development. The program was founded by Deloitte in Canada in 1993 and has since been established in over 20 countries worldwide. Sweden's Best Managed Companies was launched in 2018 by Deloitte, and this year marks the seventh time the award is being presented. An independent jury selected the 17 companies receiving the award this year.
“We are proud to present the award to these 17 companies, all of which demonstrate strong leadership, a clear strategic agenda and well-functioning processes,” says Lina Thörn, partner at Deloitte and responsible for Best Managed Companies in Sweden. “Unlisted, private companies account for a large part of our workforce, our revenues and a vibrant business community and constitute an important building block in the Swedish economy. We are therefore especially pleased to present the award for best-managed companies to these entrepreneurs.”
