Radiation Detection Services Inc. (RDS), has expanded its service area to include North and South Dakota and Montana.
San Diego-based RDS says the new expansion marks a milestone, representing the 43rd, 44th and 45th states the company serves.
The new service area bridges the gap in service from the Pacific Northwest to Mid-America regions, the company notes. In addition, the new territory expansion will allow for quicker and more cost-effective service for scrap and recycling companies nationwide.
Ryan Prettyman, CEO of RDS, adds, “RDS has always been committed to delivering extraordinary service and building relationships with our customers. We are excited to add this region to our company.”
In addition to the recent expansion, RDS’s service area includes the West Coast, Pacific Northwest, Rocky Mountain, Gulf Coast, Southeast, Mid-America and Mid-Atlantic regions.
The company says it is able to service most radiation detection systems, including those manufactured by RadComm, Ludlum, Thermo, Bicron, Exploranium and TSA.
