PTR Baler & Compactor Co. announced that all of the company’s products are now ETL approved.
The ETL certification mark is given to products that have been tested and have met the minimum requirements of a widely recognized U.S. and Canadian product safety standard. The ETL mark certifies that all of its products have passed close to 200 safety and performance standards.
The ETL Listed Mark and CETL Listed Mark are accepted throughout the United States and Canada when denoting compliance with nationally recognized standards such as ANSI, IEC, UL, and CSA.
PTR notes that the certification mark demonstrates that its manufacturing plant has been audited, and that PTR Baler has agreed to a program of document and periodic factory follow-up inspections to verify its continued compliance.
ETL Testing Laboratories has been conducting electrical performance and reliability tests since 1896 and is recognized by OSHA as a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory.
