The Paper Stock Industries (PSI) Chapter of ISRI will be hosting its Spring Chapter Meeting and Reception on Monday, March 31 at the Waldorf-Astoria in
Online registration for the event at www.paperstockindustries.org will be cut off on Friday, March 21, according to a news release from PSI.
The PSI Chapter has scheduled its meeting for 3:00 p.m. at Promenade A of the Waldorf-Astoria, and its cocktail reception afterward at 5:30 on the hotel’s Cocktail Terrace.
According to the PSI, the meeting and reception are open to both members and non-members.
The guest speaker at the meeting will be Myles Cohen, Division Vice President and General Manager of Sonoco Recycling. Cohen will discuss “how the mandate towards sustainability will change the packaging industry,” according to the PSI.
Co-sponsors of the March 31 event include Machinex Technologies Inc., Solvay Paperboard, Western Pacific Pulp & Paper and Van Dyk Baler Corp.
