Promotions at Wausau Paper

Eric S. Leines and Mark H. Stanland promoted to positions of vice president.

 

Wausau Paper, Harrodsburg, Ky., has announced the promotions of Eric S. Leines, previously director of sales for the southern zone and national accounts; and Mark H. Standland, previously director of marketing, to the positions of vice presidents within the Towel and Tissue sales and marketing organization.

 

Leines, vice president of sales, manages the national sales organization and reporting to him are the four directors of sales and national accounts. He has been with Wausau Paper Towel & Tissue since 1991. He began as a district sales manager in northern California. In 1995, he was promoted to product manager, and again in 1997 to the director of sales for the southern zone. Last year, Leines assumed the additional duty of developing and managing Wausau Paper’s national accounts program.

 

Mark Stanland, vice president of marketing, is responsible for all marketing functions as well as the customer service and pricing departments. He joined Wausau Paper Towel & Tissue in 1999 as director of marketing. Prior to joining the company, he held a variety of marketing positions with International Paper in their distribution business segment.
