Sweden-based Presona AB has announced two new partnerships designed to provide support for Presona customers in the United Kingdom.
Crawley, England-based Ecosystem Ltd. is now Presona’s exclusive sales partner for England, Scotland and Wales, while Recycling Engineers Services Ltd. (RES), based in Glastonbury, England, is taking on the role of providing Presona service, support and spare parts in England, Scotland and Wales.
Presona describes Ecosystem as a well-established and trusted player in the U.K. market, with its CEO Martin Skogmalm saying the firm has “great confidence they will be an excellent addition to the Presona family.”
The affiliation will become official following the suspension of trading operations by former partner Presona UK Ltd., says the equipment maker, adding that Ecosystem personnel have “extensive knowledge of Presona’s product range, having previously worked with our baler systems.”
On the service side, Presona says its agreement with RES forms part of Presona’s long-term and proactive efforts to ensure a high level of service, continuity and customer confidence in the U.K. market.
“In response to Presona UK Ltd. suspending their trading operations, we have acted quickly and decisively to ensure continuity and stability for our customers in the United Kingdom,” says Skogmalm.
“RES is well known and trusted within the waste management sector, and we have great confidence in their technical expertise and strong commitment to service quality,” adds the CEO.
“Their proven track record and established presence in the U.K. make them a reliable long-term partner for Presona,” continues Skogmalm. “We look forward to growing together and strengthening our position in the U.K. market.”
The baler manufacturer says customers who had previously been in contact with Presona UK Ltd. can reach out directly to RES.
“Both companies bring deep industry knowledge and a strong commitment to quality, and we look forward to growing the U.K. market together with them,” states Presona.
