Prab, Inc., (prab.com), based in Kalamazoo, Mich., has signed an exclusive Private Label Distribution Agreement with Neff Press, Inc., a St. Louis-based manufacturer of metal scrap handling equipment.
Under the agreement, Prab will be the exclusive domestic and international distributor for Neff Press metal compaction briquetting line. These units, marketed under the trademarked name Dualpak by Neff, can eliminate most EPA compliance issues, increase the value of metal scrap and recover valuable cutting fluids and coolants.
"Neff Press and Prab are two companies with a similar vision. Providing solutions to an ever demanding marketplace is critical to success. This partnership will offer the customer the best available equipment from two industry leaders," said John Murphy, president of Neff Press.
Mike Hill, VP - Sales for Prab added, "The combination of our metal chip handling knowledge with Neff's proven superiority in hydraulic press manufacturing makes this agreement a winning combination for the customer."
