Organisers of the 14th international Plasto Ispack 2016 have announced a new conference component as part of its annual exhibition, 7-9 June 2016 in Tel Aviv, Israel, at pavilion 2, Tel Aviv Convention Center.
This year’s event will feature for the first time a conference alongside the exhibition, allowing visitors to learn about the future trends and latest innovations in the various fields of the industry, says Plasto Ispack 2016 organizers, Manufacturers Association of Israel, the Rubber and Plastic Manufacturers Association in Israel, the Israel Export Institute, and the Israeli Institute for Packaging and Design.
The exhibition, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary, is expected to attract approximately 20,000 visitors, professionals and experts from Israel and abroad who will be exposed to the latest industry developments and technological innovations in the plastic, rubber and packaging industries, as well as recycling, according to event organisers.
The packaging and rubber industry is one of the fastest growing industries and is noticeably present in human’s daily lives, from medicine, nutrition, cosmetics and textiles to construction, manufacturing, computerizing, agriculture, automotive, aviation and more, organisers say. The Plasto Ispack exhibition allows visitors to discover the latest industry developments in various industries by displaying machinery and industrial equipment (injection machines, injection molds, robots and automation systems, filling machines and packaging) plastic and rubber raw materials (polymers, additives, raw materials and consumables, green plastic) plastic and rubber products, suppliers and consultants in the plastic industry, rubber, packaging, adhesives, clamps, tapes, marking and labeling systems.
For 2016, the exhibition will display the newest applications in the world of sustainability. Organisers say in recent years, there has been a strengthening of global trends with an emphasis on environmentally friendly production, sustainable manufacturing, ecofriendly packaging, reduction and recycling, thus encouraging the use of materials which are not harmful to the planet. As such, on top of the aforementioned machinery and equipment the exhibition will also display products which relate to the developing industry with a focus on the recycling of industrial waste, packaging recycling, waste recycling for raw materials and consumables, and other ecofriendly, ‘green plastics.’
More than 150 exhibitors and companies from Israel and abroad will take part in the exhibition, including companies from China and Taiwan. This is the first time that the exhibition will take place in the new pavilion 2 at the Tel Aviv Convention Center, the largest, most advanced cutting-edge pavilion in the Middle East, according to event organisers.
Plasto Ispack will appeal to buyers, exhibitors, suppliers, distributors, manufacturers and visitors from Israel and abroad.
