The European Commission (EC) has approved the proposed joint acquisition of Plastiques Recyclages SAS by the French recycling company Sita France, controlled by Suez Environmental, and by Paprec Plastiques, which is controlled by the Paprec Group’s Paprec France. The EC signed off on the proposal Jan. 8.
