ECO2 Plastics, Inc., formerly ITEC Environmental Group, has appointed Roy Herberger to its board of directors. The company also hired Randall Reed as VP of Engineering.
"Roy's experience in marketing, management and corporate strategy combined with his international business expertise will help ECO2 grow from an early stage recycling company to an industry leader," said Rod Rougelot, CEO of ECO2.
ECO2 Plastics is involved in PET plastic recycling. The company operates a recycling plant in Riverbank, Calif., and another plant is currently under development in Southern California.
