Wavin Lash, a Dutch-based plastic pallet manufacturer, has completed the acquisition of Basic Industrial Plastic Pallets, also based in the Netherlands. Upon completion, Wavin changed the name of the newly acquired company to BIPP Plastic Pallets BV.
According to the newly formed company the acquisition will establish the company as the most comprehensive portfolio of plastic pallet solutions for customers in the European marketplace.
Wavin Lash is a 50-50 joint venture of Schoeller Wavin Systems NV and Lankhorst Recycling BV.
The company combines an in-depth knowledge and experience with plastics materials and processing technology development, with a thorough understanding of the requirements of plastic pallet handling, maintenance and plastics recycling.
