Pirelli, an Italian-based tire manufacturer, announced plans to build a tire recycling facility in Romania. The facility is expected to cost around $13 million.
The company is in discussions with local Romanian officials. The company had announced late last year that it was seeking to build a tire plant in Romania with a German tire company.
