Peute Recycling, a Netherlands-based recycling firm, has announced plans to undertake a significant investment at its recycling facility, located in Dordrecht, near the port of Rotterdam.
The company says it will lay asphalt on 6,000 square meters of its facility in the summer of 2014. The asphalted area will be used for storage and as a loading and unloading area.
In July 2014, the company plans on redesigning its large production warehouses. The redesign will include new exterior walls and roofing sheets.
In September 2014, the company says it will modernize its paper sorting line. Investments will include new conveyor belts and paper spikes. Peute expects the upgraded sorting line to be operational by the middle of September. The company says the upgrades will give Peute increased production capacity and allow the line to work more efficiently.
