PC Scale Inc., a Oxford, Pa.-based developer and provider of scale house software, has acquired TransComp Systems Inc. of Orange, Calif., a provider of route management software, including Tower 6.0.
According to a press release from PC Scale, “The union of PC Scale and TransComp creates what will be the premier provider of management software and services for the waste, recycling, aggregate and transportation industries.”
PC Scale CEO and Founder Donald P. Tefft, says, “Tower software has always been recognized for its advanced features and ease of use. With PC Scale’s reputation for custom development and outstanding customer support, we are confident that our offerings will be the best available.”
Ken Good, president of PC Scale, says, “We are pleased to welcome TransComp to the PC Scale family and we look forward to serving our customers with a larger range of innovative products and superior support.
