Paprec, based in France, has reported that has become the majority shareholder in Chèze, a French company that specializes in recycling industrial materials and construction and demolition scrap.
In making the announcement, Paprec notes that it acquired a 20 percent stake in Chèze less than one year ago.
Chèze has six sites in France. The company reportedly had sales of €20 million last year.
