An explosion at a paper mill in northern New York killed one worker and injured six others.
The blast occurred June 11 in an area of the Knowlton Specialty Paper Co. plant where explosive chemicals were stored, fire officials said. One wall of the building crumbled.
One injured workers was hospitalized in critical condition, two were in serious condition, and three were treated and released, authorities said.
