IFCO Systems announced the grand opening of its newest pallet services facility in St. Louis, Mo. The addition brings IFCO Systems' total number of pallet management service facilities to 50. The new location will service customers in Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa.
The St. Louis facility opened on July 1, 2005. The facility will service the St. Louis Metro area as well as Central and Southeastern Missouri, along with providing service in Illinois and Iowa. "Being a national company allows IFCO to offer a complete range of services for pallet management, from supply through recovery, reconditioning and disposal. Our broad infrastructure, expertise and flexibility means we can provide customized, single-source solutions," says William Hoskins, manager of New Market Development.
IFCO Systems has more than 150 locations worldwide. IFCO Systems operates a pool of more than 75 million Reusable Plastic Containers globally, which are used primarily to transport fresh produce from producers to leading grocery retailers.
