PalFleet Truck Equipment has named Ed Gerken president. Prior to the most recent appointment, Gerken was the company's executive vice president. In that position PalFleet says that he played a key role in developing a strong leadership team that has achieved dramatic results for the company.
"Ed's strong leadership and experience in this industry are huge assets to us as we continue to grow," says Mark Woody, Area Manager – Palfinger North America Group. "We are pleased to have Ed as a key member of the PalFleet team."
Gerken joined the company in 2005 as senior marketing manager for Palfinger USA. He served as general manager at Tiffin Loader Crane before that company merged with Omaha Standard Distribution in 2009, which became PalFleet Truck Equipment Co.
