Paladin Announces Appointments

Company names CFO, GM for Light Construction Group.

 

Paladin, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, has announced two staff appointments.

 

The company has appointed Steve Klyn to the position of vice president, chief financial officer. Klyn previously served as vice president of finance at Whirlpool Corp., where he directed the company’s financial functions related to market operations including brand, product and channels. He was also responsible for Whirlpool’s financial operations for supply chain, services and the Canadian business unit.

 

He has held positions with increasing responsibility at Maytag Corp., serving as senior auditor, director of financial reporting and most recently as vice president and treasurer.

 

Paladin has also announced the appointment of Mike Flannery as vice president and general manager for Paladin Light Construction.

 

Flannery replaces Marty Sullivan, who recently retired. Paladin Light Construction is headquartered in Dexter, Mich., and produces construction attachment products at several manufacturing facilities in the Midwest under the brand names Badco, FFC, Harley, The Major, McMillen and Sweepster.

 

Flannery previously served more than 17 years with Senco Products Inc. in Cincinnati, during which time he assumed leadership roles of increasing responsibility, including director of product management, vice president of U.S. Operations, as well as senior vice president and president roles at Senco USA. He has also previously served as chief operating officer for Duo-Fast Corp. in Huntley, Ill., and has held both president and CEO positions with Trimas Corp. in Bloomfield Hills, Mich.
