The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection has assessed Rohrer Trucking Inc. a $12,100 penalty for solid waste violations at its facility in LeBoeuf Township, PA.
DEP discovered the violations this past summer while investigating a complaint about burning tires on the company’s property.
On Sept. 4, DEP issued a notice of violation to Rohrer Trucking for the infractions, which the company has since corrected.
