Owl’s Head Alloys, Bowling Green, Ky. has appointed John Pugh executive vice president, operations and business development.
Pugh previously was director of operations, North America for MHM Metals. He has 33 years of management experience, including 26 years in the secondary aluminum recycling industry.
Owl’s Head Alloys produces secondary aluminum alloys from scrap metal on a 35-acre site in Bowling Green. The company says it has doubled its capacity in the past five years and has purchased an adjoining 27 acres of land for future expansion.
