Hamburg, Germany-based waste management company Otto Dörner has announced the acquisition of Feddersen & Starke Recycling Service GmbH & Co. KG, which is based in Henstedt-Ulzburg, Germany.
With the acquisition, Otto Dörner will expand its disposal activities in the commercial sector into the Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein regions of Germany.
The company says its acquisition of Feddersen & Starke Recycling Service fits in with its operations. Feddersen is active in various sectors of the recycling and waste industries, especially in the greater Hamburg area. The company collects and uses industrial scrap, discarded wood, rubble and paper. The company also operates a container service.
