The division consists of three companies: Presona AB; AB Morinders Verkstäder; and Scanrec GmbH.

Presona AB is one of the leading manufacturers of fully automatic balers for recyclables, such as paper, plastics, domestic waste etc.
AB Morinders Verkstäder in Ljungby develops and manufactures briquetting presses which are delivered to customers among retail trade, manufacturer industry, breweries etc.
Scanrec GmbH in Cologne, Germany, is a sales- and service company to Presona and Morinders in Germany.
The company also announced that Jan-Erik Söderström, who joined the company the first of this month is new managing director of Presona AB.
