The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality is proposing to renew a solid waste transfer station permit for Pacific City Transfer Station.
Permit conditions include an update to the facility operations plan that, among other updates, addresses emergency spills procedures and asbestos containing waste material handling procedures. In addition to solid waste, the facility receives source separated recyclables.
