The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality is seeking comments on a solid waste transfer station that is looking to be opened in Woodburn, Ore. The applicant is Marion County Public Works, Environmental Services.
The DEQ is proposing to issue a solid waste transfer station permit for 10 years.
