The state of Oregon’s Department of Environmental Quality is calling for comments from the public over a proposal by the agency to issue a permit to allow Delta Sand & Gravel Landfill to continue to operate a construction and demolition waste disposal site in Lane County, Ore.
Delta Sand is headquartered in Eugene, Ore.
Written comments are due by March 17th.
