The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality has released a Request for Proposals to conduct a major solid waste composition study for the State of Oregon for 2005.
The study will be a year long study. A copy of the RFP can be found at the following link: http://www.deq.state.or.us/news/rfp/index.htm.
The proposal due date Jan. 10, 2005.
