OmniSource Corp., Fort Wayne, Ind., has added Tim Bernstein as its Southern Indiana Division Manager.
Bernstein will manage scrap procurement and operations at OmniSource’s 10 facilities in and near Indianapolis, according to the company.
Prior to joining OmniSource, Bernstein worked as vice president of operations for the Eastern Region of Alter Metal Recycling, where he managed 12 locations ranging from southern Illinois to Minnesota. Bernstein has also worked for River Metals Recycling and Philip Metals.
“We welcome Tim to this important position on the OmniSource team,” says Mark Millett, OmniSource president and chief operating officer. “We continue to strengthen our management team, which we believe to be the best in metals recycling.”
