Olympic Steel Announces Management Changes

Steel service center looks to strengthen its management staff.

Olympic Steel Inc.,  a national metals service center based in Bedford Heights, Ohio, has announced a number of management changes.

Andrew Greiff has been promoted to president of specialty metals. Greiff will oversee the sales and distribution of the company’s stainless steel and aluminum products. He has been employed with Olympic Steel since 2009, previously serving as vice president of specialty metals. Prior to joining the company, Greiff owned and operated International Metals Group.

Raymond Walker has been promoted to the position of senior vice president of the eastern region. Walker has been employed with Olympic Steel since 1986, most recently serving as the company's vice president of the eastern region.

Michael Cedoz has been named vice president of automotive. Cedoz has been with the company since 2003, most recently serving as general manager of Olympic Steel’s Detroit division.

Terry Rohde, who had been general manager of the company's Chicago division since 2008, was promoted to general manager of the new Gary, Ind., facility. The 150,000-square-foot facility is expected to open in late 2011.

Sean Heenan, who served as a regional sales manager of the company since 2007, will succeed Rohde as general manager of the Chicago division.
