O.Kay Engineering Services Ltd, based in the United Kingdom, has sold its 50 percent interest in OKLM Recycling Technology Ltd. to Sutco Recycling Technik Gmbh & Co., based in Germany. Sutco is a subsidiary of the L&M Group, which owned the other 50 percent of OKLM.
According to a statement by O.Kay, the sale will allow it to concentrate on providing service to high-quality medium sized plants, while Sutco, through its new ownership of OKLM, will concentrate on large-scale projects in the U.K.
Both O.Kay and Sutco have more than 25 years of experience in providing service to the recycling and waste management industries.
